Life After Caregiving

Moving Forward with Purpose, Perspective & Practical Guidance

A Free 10-Session Discussion Series

When caregiving ends, many people expect grief. What they don’t expect are the dozens of emotional, practical, and financial decisions that often follow.

  • Who am I now?
  • How do I help a surviving parent navigate life alone?
  • Will I be financially okay?
  • How do I rebuild a life that has revolved around caregiving for months—or even years?
  • How do I find purpose and connection again?

If these questions sound familiar, you are not alone.

Beginning June 10, join caregiver educator Elaine Sanchez and CaregiverHelp Director of Operations Annie Stevens for a free 10-week discussion series based on the new Life After Caregiving video series featuring geropsychologist Dr. Joseph Casciani and Certified Financial Planner Brenna Baucum. Together, we’ll explore both the emotional and practical realities of life after caregiving through guided discussions, shared experiences, and expert insights.
