Healthcare Benefits for Veterans are now eligible for a comprehensive healthcare package that is completely portable across the entire VA health care system.

Monthly income is paid to veterans who have injuries or diseases that happened while on active duty, or were made worse by active military service. Benefits are tax-free.

Many veterans of wartime service are not aware of the fact that if they are 65 or older and on a limited income they may qualify for a VA Pension without being disabled. To qualify, a veteran must have served 90 days or more of active duty with at least one day during a period of war-time. (Individuals who enlisted after 9/7/80 must have served at least 24 months.)

Aid and Attendance, A&A, is a benefit paid when a veteran requires the aid of another person in order to perform ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, feeding, dressing and using the toilet, or if a person is bedridden, or a patient in a nursing home is blind or nearly blind.
