Elaine will present a one-hour, live virtual keynote titled, “Finding Hope, Humor, and Heart in Caregiving.” She will introduce the three steps of Creative Indifference, which can help attendees manage their caregiver anger, fear, frustration, and fatigue. She will also discuss the difference between earned guilt and unearned guilt, and how it is possible to stop feeling guilty when a person doesn’t do anything wrong.
