Elaine will facilitate the first session of the CaregiverHelp Support Group Program for members of US Foods  Parents and Caregivers Employee Resource Group. This interactive meeting will be hosted on Zoom so employees from around the country can participate.

Elaine will present a live, one-hour virtual keynote titled, “Finding Hope, Humor, and Heart in Caregiving.” Following the keynote, she will facilitate a 30-minute question and answer session.

Participants will come away with strategies that help them manage their Caregiver Anger and the Three F’s of Flipping Out, which are Fear, Frustration, and Fatigue. They will also gain insights into the difference between earned guilt and unearned guilt and how they can stop feeling guilty when they haven’t done anything wrong.

Following the presentation, Elaine will facilitate a 30-minute Question and Answer session.
